1. How do I create my first ACH/EFT file?
Log in at secure.treasurysoftware.com, and connect to QuickBooks Online or import an Excel/csv file with your payment details.  You can then generate a Nacha-compliant for US banks, or an EFT file for Canadian banks, ready to upload to your bank. 2. Do I need to install anything? Nothing at all. ACH Universal Online is entirely web-based. Log in from any browser and you're ready to go.

3. Will this work with my bank? Yes. ACH Universal Online generates files in both Nacha-compliant format and Payments Canada format, which are accepted by all U.S. and Canadian banks. If you have a specific question about your bank's requirements, call us at (866) 226-5732 and we'll help you confirm compatibility.

4. Can I import payments from QuickBooks or my accounting system? Yes. You can import payment details directly from QuickBooks Online (or an Excel or CSV file) rather than entering them manually, which saves time and reduces errors.  Tip: If you're using QuickBooks Desktop software (Pro, Premier, Enterprise) - you can integrate directly with our ACH Universal Desktop platform.

5. How secure is my financial data? ACH Universal Online encrypts data at rest as well as data in transit, and adheres to Nacha compliance standards. Your data is protected with the same level of security required by financial institutions.
