Step-by-Step Setup Instructions
Step 1: Create a New Account
- On the ACH Universal Online Home Page, click the '+' next to Accounts, and create a new account.
- Name your account (e.g., Operating, Payroll)
- Create separate accounts for each bank if originating ACH files from multiple sources
Step 2: Complete ACH File Setup
- From the ACH Universal Online Home Screen, click on the 'ACH Setup' tile.
- Use your bank's ACH setup details from the welcome packet.
- If unavailable, Treasury Software can extract setup info from an existing ACH file
- Use Advanced Setup if:
- You have a customer ID, then your Immediate Origin ID
- You need offsetting records for balanced files
Step 3: Launch the QuickBooks Online Wizard
- From the ACH Universal Online Home Page, click on the 'QuickBooks Online Integration' tile.
- Click on 'Connect'
- Log in with your QuickBooks Online Admin credentials
- Select the bank account to integrate and click 'Save.'
Step 4: Enter Banking Information for Profiles
- Import profiles via Excel/CSV (Name, ABA Routing Number, Account Number)
