Overview
The Profiles with bank information may be stored in your QuickBooks Desktop-- or they could be stored inside of ACH Universal. When integrating with QuickBooks Online, it is necessary to have the Profile and bank information stored in ACH Universal (under the Profiles tab).
This article explains how to export an Excel file that includes all of the Profile information. After that, you will import the spreadsheet into ACH Universal Online Profiles.
