Overview
Learn how to seamlessly import transactions from QuickBooks Online into ACH Universal Online. This guide walks you through the integration process, troubleshooting tips, and best practices for ACH file creation.
Getting Started
ACH Universal Online automatically reviews your bank account register to identify transactions that have not yet been processed by the software. These unprocessed transactions will be clearly displayed, allowing you to take appropriate action.
Note: Only transactions that have not been processed by ACH Universal Online will appear in this view. This helps ensure accuracy and prevents duplicate processing.
Create transactions in QuickBooks Online as you normally do.
Please remember that not all customer and vendor activity will be recorded in the register. Tips:
--Enter expenses and checks. If you use Bills - remember to 'Pay Bills'
--Customers - Enter Sales Receipts. If you use Invoices - remember to 'Receive Payments'
--Run payroll as usual, do not opt for QuickBooks Online payroll services (use paper checks).
Tip: If you don't see a transaction in your QuickBooks Online check register, ACH Universal Online will not see it either.
