To bring data into ACH Universal Online, it is possible to import an Excel or CSV file three different ways. From the Home page, click on 'Impor
When clicking on 'Import Transactions', you can either (1) Import a file (the file must be closed); (2) Copy/paste the data (the file an remain open); or (3) Import an ACH text file.
When importing, or copying/pasting data, it is necessary for all characters to be visible on the page. If any numbers are long and turn into a scientific notation formula or there are pound signs, the software will not be able to process the transaction on import.
