Overview
'Profiles' are the individuals or businesses that are receiving ACH transactions.
ACH Universal Online requires the Profile information to be stored in the software if using QuickBooks Online integration.
If importing an Excel or CSV file, you have the option to store recipients' bank information inside of the software instead of including it on each import spreadsheet. If you are paying or collecting from the same entities each time, it may be helpful to store the Profile information in the software to reduce the columns of data that are required with each import.
Profiles can be created manually, one at a time, or by importing a batch of profiles using an Excel/CSV or other tabular file type that contains the profile information.
Manually Creating Profiles:
To manually add profiles, you can click the gray Profiles tab from the ACH Universal Home Page or 'Profiles' from the side bar.
