This can be used for Vendors, Employees and Customers.
Below is an example showing Employee export.
In QuickBooks, click on Reports->Lists->Employee Contact List
Click on 'Customize Report' and check the fields for Bank Account Number, ABA/Routing Number, and CHK/SAV (so they will appear on the report). Uncheck any other fields not needed.
Once the Report appears with the Employee information, export it to Excel.
At this point, you have the data ready in Excel for importing to ACH Universal profiles, or for creating a 'master' template of data for transaction imports.
