ACH Universal Online provides several reports in the software:

Import Logs

The Import Logs will show in the lower section of the Home Page and also under Reports >Import Logs.

Each file that has been imported or integrated is shown in the report.  If needing to recreate an ACH file, for instance, you have the option of deleting that import from the Import Log (by scrolling to the right and clicking on the 3 dots).

Past 3 Months of Transactions

The report shows detailed transactions, defaulting to the last 3 months.

All Records 

This report allows you to enter a date range to view the detailed transactions from all files.

Unprocessed Records

This report shows any transactions that have been imported into the software and have not yet been included in an ACH file.  These are 'holding' in the software and will appear in the next ACH file.  

Email Log

This log will show the emails that are pending, or emails that have been sent.

ACH File Archive

The Archive provides a date-stamped, duplicate copy of every file created (whether right or wrong).
