Are you an existing Treasury Software Desktop, Workgroup (SQL Express) or Enterprise (SQL Server) user?

Then you may be eligible to use our cloud based platform - and this migration feature may help save you time.

As of this writing, our cloud-based platform supports ACH Universal file creation from QuickBooks Online and Excel/csv file import.

Creating a migration file.
The migration file enables you to easily and securely copy your settings and profiles from your software.

Open the account you want to migrate, then click on the Settings tab > Maintenance > Migrate to Online.
Click on the 'Create Migration File' and note the location where you are saving it.

Note: 
--This has no impact on your current software.
--Please repeat this process for each account.

The migration file will be located (default) at:
C:\Users\Public\Treasury Software\Import\Migrate_[account name]_[YYYMMDD]_[HHMMSS].zip

Importing a Migration File into your Online Account.

Enter into the account that you want to use.

Enter into ACH File Setup > Quick Setup.
At the bottom of the page, locate the Import Migration File button.  Click on it and locate your migration file.

Caution:  The migration wizard will overwrite your existing settings.
If unsure, create a brand new account - or back up your existing account.
