Date Format
In the ACH Setup section, under the Advanced Setup tab, you will see 'Import Preferences'. There are two Date format options--one for the US and one for the UK. By default you will be in the US format, however, it is possible to change to the UK format (e.g., if your accounting system uses the UK date format on exported files):

The ACH file will typically use the next business day's date as the processing date on the file. If you want to override this, you can map a column as 'Date' and enter a specific date on each row, and this will be the date that is used on the ACH file.
