Support is included with the subscription license. With the traditional/perpetual license, an optional, annual Support subscription can be purchased.
Support is available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern time, excluding U.S. federal and bank holidays. We do encourage our clients to maintain a Support agreement so they will be entitled to:
- Monthly updates
- Yearly upgrades
- Phone support
- Email support
- Chat
