The majority of banks prefer that you send the file to them by logging into the bank’s website and uploading the file directly to them. You will need to contact your bank to set up ACH Service and acquire your login credentials.
With the Enterprise platform and ACH Corporate and Advanced (Processor) levels, and Bank Positive Pay Automation, you can use the built-in SFTP client to automatically send the file to the bank.
