Transmission Methods
In addition, you will identify the email client to be used when sending emails.
Which method should I choose?
All email methods will enable you to send emails out.
The difference between them is their deliverability.
Deliverability is measured as to whether emails will get placed into your intended recipient's email box or whether they will be filtered out by a spam filter into a junk folder.
We highly recommend using your own email provider's mailbox (Microsoft Outlook or Gmail) as that will almost always get you the highest deliverability. Of course, please check/confirm with your IT staff if in a controlled environment.
If you do not have access to your own email provider's mailbox, use our bundled third-party service provider.
Note: While we are always working on increasing deliverability, we have no control over other party's email systems (your customer's and vendor's spam filters) and can not guarantee deliverability.
Tip: If using our bundled service and you are experiencing deliverability issues, you can add your email address to the setup (see below) as a cc: or bcc:. Then you can then forward emails as needed from within your email system. While this is a manual process, it is an option for one-off troubleshooting.

Choose whether the emails should go out the moment the file is created (automatically), or if the emails should be stored in the software until you manually send them later.

The software will know if you are creating Debit transactions (collections) or Credit transactions (payments out) and will automatically use one Subject Line or the other.
