2 Create a name for the account (only significant if you are creating more than one)

Enter your company name, address.
Tip: Enter a cell number in the phone number as you can use this to help authenticate.
Enter credit card information
Create a verification code
Enter the verification code

Select either the Developer Support or Business Support Plan
