This is page is for users and admins who may be locked out of an account.
Users: Locked out and need to reset your password?
(See your administrator, not Treasury Software Support)
First, have the administrator log into the account.
Note: You must be an administrator to create an additional administrator login.
Select the Settings tab > then 'Access Control'.
Login using the same administrator level credentials you used just before.
Click on the 'Users' tab.
1 - Select the user's name that is locked out.
2- Click Edit User
3 - Have the admin enter a new password.
4 - Click Save
Close the Security Setup panel.
Congratulations - the user's password has been updated.
The user can use the password in step #3 to enter into the account.
Note: For added security, the user (after entering into the account) can reset the password using the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Administrators: Locked out and need to reset your password?
Are you an administrator and locked out of the account?
#1 - Find another administrator and have them reset your password. They can reset your password using the same instructions above (resetting a user).
#2 - Are you the only administrator and still locked out?
Unfortunately, this may take some time (may be 1 full business day depending on your company's response time), as we will need to authenticate you.
Please be patient and remember: the software is at your location and we do not know who you are.
Please be prepared to:
--contact the individual who licensed the software to provide authorization,
--provide a government issued ID (driver's license)
--provide proof of access for the current credit card on file with Treasury Software. We may ask for you to run a fifty cent charge through our online store to validate.
--a reset fee may be required
Users: Need to reset your password?
To reset your password (if you're not locked out) - you can simply go to the:
Settings tab > Change Password
