When using the Desktop platform on a local workstation: To create a backup of your database, click on the File tab and choose “Backup” in the menu.
Backups, by default, are stored in the Archive folder.
It is recommended, when selecting a backup path, that the backup be located on a network drive.
When the software is open, the automatic backups take place when exiting the account.
Backup settings are account specific, so you will need to set up the backup directory for each account within Treasury Software.
If your database is in a SQL Express or SQL Server, your IT Administrator should be backing up the databases in accordance with internal procedures.
