When entering into a password protected account - administrators will be prompted to enter their first and last name if they haven't done so already.
However, there may be additional administrators who may not log in on a regular basis.
You can enter their names, so that users will know who to contact if they are locked out.
First, continue logging into the account as an administrator.
Note: You must be an administrator to edit this information.
Select the Settings tab > then 'Access Control'.
Login using the same administrator level credentials you used just before.
Click on the 'Users' tab.
Select the admin you want to edit (add their name to).
Then click Edit.
Enter their name and save when completed.
Confirm and edit if needed.
Close when done.
