Error 1609 and resolution.
If a client is getting the following error when attempting to start the SQL Express database, please try the following instructions.
1. Go into the Services panel by searching for 'Services' in the lower left near the Microsoft logo.
2. Once in the Services panel, right click on the database > Properties > Log On tab and enter the admin password for the machine (not the database).
3. Next try restarting the database.
