To setup Office 365 email, select the Email icon drop down off the main menu bar and select Email setup.
Then select the checkbox to Activate the email feature then select Next.
Then select the Advance setup radio button and then select Next.
Then enter in your Office 365 email address in the From Email and then your name, then select Next.
Then make changes as necessary to either the Debit or Credit tabs and then select Next.
Then in the Security Authentication tab select to activate “My outgoing server…” ( item #1) then enter in your Offfice365 email and password (item #2), then enter in the proper port number 587 ( item #3), then select Next (item #4)
Then select the Server Name tab and enter in smpt.office365.com (item #1), then select Next (item #2)
Then activate “Using a SSL or TLS Server…” check box and activate the radio button 'Explicit' and then select Next.
Then select Next.
Then select which way you want to send the email, either Automatically or Manually, and then select Finish.
